Goya Music was formed back in 1997 by Mike Slocombe and Spencer Weekes. They had worked in music distribution for about 10 years before that, for companies that never specialised in any style of music. Consequently they would often work music that they were not really into. When the last company closed they decided they would form Goya Music but would only release music that they liked.

Ain't no good at writing about us - sorry, the past is the past anyways......and the future ain't the same so...move on back to the music..
